Early Stage Planning
Having built a basic 3D model from your design, we can then send you snapshot 3D views, massing models and light studies to aid your design process. This can be useful when the full detail of a design project is not complete.
Photomontage
At TM Illustration we take pride in creating photomontage images where a computer generated image is superimposed onto a photograph to make a photorealistic image of how your design will look in its surroundings making the design easy for everyone to understand.
Perspective / Interior
We also produce artwork where a photographed surrounding area is not needed for example; close up, courtyard and birds eye views as well as interiors. These are produced by highly talented artists bringing architectural images to life using 3D software to give the design accuracy with impressive detail.
Photo Retouching
Photo retouching is the process of editing an existing photograph or picture to modify in the desired way helping to portray ideas clearly.
Requirements
The only initial requirement needed to produce a 3D model for an illustration/animation is a plan and elevations in JPEG, PDF or DWG format, which will also enable us to give an accurate quotation.
Photographs are important to produce the photomontage artwork. Based in the South of England, we like to visit locally based clients on site to photograph the desired views and gain a better feel for the proposed development. If this is not possible, the client can always provide us with site photographs. The drawings and photographs are all we need to complete our photo real artwork.
